Couples Package.
Our 12-week couples package, with over 8 hours of online consultations, provides comprehensive support for couples on their fertility journey. Through ongoing guidance, tailored nutrition, bespoke supplement plans and nutrient-focused strategies, we help optimise reproductive health by improving hormone balance, boosting egg and sperm quality, and addressing specific nutritional needs. This consistent, expert-led support ensures you stay on track, empowering you to make lasting changes that enhance your chances of conceiving.

Price: £1,800 (inc 8 hours of Zoom calls and 2 x basic finger prick blood tests. Payment plans available on request)

IVF Prep/Fertility.
Our 12-week IVF Prep / Fertility package, with over 8 hours of consultations, is designed to support same-sex couples and individuals pursuing egg freezing or IVF. We provide tailored nutrition and supplement plans to optimise your reproductive health, focusing on key nutrients that improve egg quality, regulate hormones, and prepare your body for the fertility process. With consistent, one-on-one support throughout the journey, we help you make informed, lasting nutritional changes that enhance your chances of a successful outcome.

Individual Consultations.
Now we know that in an ideal world we would all sign up to a big fat package with all the bells and whistles. Only the world is not ideal and life is expensive. So we are bucking the trend and going back to offering good old fashioned one off consultations. Our initial consultation lasts for 75 minutes and we do a real deep dive into your health history and goals. We can review any tests you have already had, we can put together a plan on how best to move forward. You will then receive a full nutrition and supplement plan tailored to your needs. We do advise that you then visit us monthly or as often as you can, as this is how you will get the best results.

Cornwall Community Clinic
Once a month we also hold in person and online 45 minute lower cost consultations for those in the local community.
You will be asked to complete a detailed intake form prior to our consultation. You can use this to discuss any health concerns you may have with regards to fertility, sperm health, hormone health, weight management, digestive concerns and more. You will then be provided with a nutrition and supplement plan to follow.

Group Support.
We are also soon to be offering a group support monthly membership. This is our lower cost container allowing you to get the support you need from a Nutritional Therapist at a fraction of the price.
