Meet the team.

Kirsty’s own journey into this industry has been an organic one. Fuelled by her passion for helping women understand their hormones, supporting singles/couples on their journey into parenthood, a desire to learn how our relationship with food can effect our mind and bodies, and her own personal challenges both as a parent and with her own health.

Kirsty studied Nutritional Therapy at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in Women's Health and Fertility. She is also a Certified Practitioner for the Fertility Nutrition Centre which means she has carried out further education in the fertility field.

Her and her husband live on the coast with their three sons, two dogs and a cat. Nutrition for her, is about finding the balance between enjoying life and keeping yourself in the best possible health.

She is also a full member of both BANT and the CNHC and works very closely with the team at Hannah Pearn Acupuncture, a group of women dedicated to helping you understand your hormone and fertility health.

Laura is a Nutritional Therapist specialising in fertility, IVF and pregnancy. She uses her own experiences with loss, an autoimmune condition along with her background working in mental health to support her clients.

She has BSs in Psychology and a PGDip and MSc in Nutrition Science from the Northern College of Acupuncture in York.

Laura is known in York as the ‘fertility detective’ and we are lucky enough to have her onboard treating our clients nationwide.

Her approach fits well within the team, as it is down to earth and compassionate whilst still supporting a root cause approach.

Laura is a big Vespa fan and lives in York with her husband and two lovely girls.

Laura is registered with both BANT and the CNHC.

Paige is our wonderful virtual assistant who helps us keep on top of all our day to day admin.
